Axial fan Selection program and curve plotting software can be customised to suit your own fan designs
The Axial Selection program is an axial fan software package for selecting and plotting axial fan performance.
The program can interpolate between pitch angles and dynamically plot the interpolated pitch.
Different diffuser efficiencies and sizes can be used in the selection process to produce new fan performance curves.
The program is supplied with the FVA fan already installed to demonstrate the programs features.
FVA Fan
The Fva fan is a high efficiency design based on free vortex flow theory.
Large scale models of the design have been tested and other sizes and hub ratios
are obtained by scaling in accordance with the fan laws.
Sizes range from 700 mm to 3000 mm diameter.
The performance is adjusted for different diffuser efficiencies and sketches provided
of the overall fan dimensions.
