Areas Weights and Costs
Provides a detail view of the components and parts that go to make up the fan.
Internal and external areas are given as well as weights, material costs and labour hours for manufacture and drawing. This information can be used for production scheduling as well as providing the basis for the pricing and quotation document. Items are coded to enable them to be grouped for pricing.
At this stage the design process is complete and drawings become available based on the users choices. It is also a good time to select any silencers if needed and add any special parts.
To select a silencer use the View menu to go back to the Noise Details form
Click Add or Edit Part to add any new parts. You can't edit any parts automatically created in this form.
Click Drawings to gain access to all the drawings that Centrix can generate. These drawings can be viewed and printed individually.
Click AV Mounts to select anti vibration mountings. Note that you must have already chosen RIS or Spring mounts on the Fan Arrangement and Handing Form.
Click Pricing to finalise the pricing and produce a quotation document.
