The pricing form enables you to add paint schemes to all or various parts of the fan and to make parts optional in your quote document.

There are two tabs at the top 'Items included in the Price' and 'Items Shown as Optional'. When you first go into the pricing form Centrix automatically puts all the parts (grouped by code) into the included section. You can move an item to optional by clicking on its row then clicking the 'Move to Optional' button.

Click the 'Items Shown as Optional' tab to view items that will be shown as optional extras in your quote.

Items in the grid can be edited (if they are highlighted green or blue).

The Incl Text column indicates if the item description is to be shown on the quotation document. Double click a cell in this column to toggle the 'Y' on or off. Y (for YES) means that the description will be shown. The sell price will be used for the item irrespective of the 'Incl Text' setting.

If you want to remove a part or item completely simply delete the row with the 'Delete Row' button.

You can also add parts manually using the 'Add Row' button but such parts will only be retained for this particular quote. Note also that if you close the form with the 'X' button any manually added rows will be lost. It is generally preferable to add parts using the 'Add or Edit Part' button in the 'Areas, Weights and Costs' form.

Painting.

You can select a paint scheme for the internal surfaces and external surfaces of any single part or all parts. You also have the option to use your in house painting facilities or an outside subcontractor. Different rates apply that can be setup with the separate pricing utility program.

The M/Up column is the mark up factor to apply to the cost to get the sell price. The default value can be set in the 'Options-Basic Rates' menu. Note that the pricing form must be closed with the 'X' button for it to capture a new default mark up value. You can also change the factor by typing a new one into each cell.

The Sell Price shown can be typed over with any value and the new gross margin will be shown. Note that a recalculate or refresh will change this value back to a calculated one.

Click Tech Sched Doc to create a technical schedule quotation document showing the fan selection detail and price calculated.

The following two buttons will finish the quote whether or not you have produced the quote document :

Save + Start New Quote will finish this quote and start a new one with the default quote reference and item number 1.

Save + Start Next Item will finish this quote and start the next item with the same quote reference.
