No Negative Tolerance

Some contracts often specify that when the fans are installed they must deliver the specified volume and pressure without any shortfall as generally allowed for by the standards. Liquidated damages may also apply if shortfalls occur.

Checking the 'No Negative Tolerance Q+P' box will derate the fan pressure and volume by 4% and maintain the fan power. Efficiency is therefore substantially reduced.

Similar requirements in contracts may also be specified for the fan power.

Checking the 'No +Tolerance on Power' will increase the curve power by 5%. Again efficiency is reduced.
